VAHÉ Jewellery provides services to you subject to our terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. By visiting or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, these terms of conditions.
All jewellery, custom jewellery, remodelled jewellery and jewellery repairs must be payed in full before being shipped or picked up at our workshop. We require a 50% deposit on all custom jewellery pieces payed before we start working on your piece this will also apply for remodelling jewellery. No deposit needed for any repair work but balance owing must be payed before shipping or being picked up.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we will not be able to refund or exchange if you change your mind about a purchase.
For your confidence, you will receive a lifetime manufacturing warranty on any defects for all VAHÉ Jewellery. Any piece found defective will be repaired or replaced by us at no charge. We will also cover shipping/postage both ways. Please contact us to let us know of any problems and arrange a free assessment of your jewellery. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, a quote will be provided to you for approval before any work commences. Repair or service performed by a third party on any VAHÉ Jewellery will void our lifetime manufacturing warranty.
