Begin the creative process by scheduling an inspiration session with our skilled designers. This can be done in-store or virtually, where you can share your ideas, preferences, and inspirations. Bring any images, sketches, or concepts that resonate with your vision.
Following our first discussion and agreement to proceed to the design stage, we will request a $250 deposit. This deposit will be subtracted from the total cost should you decide to proceed with our services. Our experienced design team will work closely with you to understand your preferences, lifestyle, and design expectations. We discuss various elements, such as metal choices, gemstones, and overall aesthetics, to ensure your custom piece perfectly aligns with your desires.
Based on the insights gathered, our designers will create conceptual CAD drawings. These will be presented to you for feedback and refinement until we capture the essence of your vision. Feel free to make any adjustments or suggest modifications during this collaborative phase.
Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, we transform the approved CAD design into a hyper realistic detailed 3D digital rendering. This allows you to visualise the final piece from different angles and make any final adjustments to the design before production begins.
Choose from a selection of high-quality metals, gemstones, and other embellishments to bring your design to life. Our experts will guide you through the options, providing insights into the characteristics and qualities of each material.
Once the design and materials are finalised, we will provide a detailed quote for the custom piece. Upon your approval of our quote, a 50% deposit will be required to proceed to the handcrafting phase.
