Our process begins with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your ideas, inspirations and preferences. Whether it’s a custom design or remodelling an existing piece, this stage allows us to understand your vision and the story behind your jewellery. We will also carefully examine your existing pieces to assess the condition of the gemstones. We will also discuss various elements such as metal choices, gemstones and overall aesthetics to ensure your custom piece perfectly aligns with your desires.
Following our initial consultation and agreement to proceed to the design stage, we will request a $500 design fee. The design process is a collaborative and time-intensive effort that ensures your jewellery is unique and perfectly suited to your style. By separating the design fee we can provide transparency in pricing and focus on creating a design tailored to your needs It also allows flexibility for clients who may wish to keep the design but delay production.
Using the details from our consultation, we create a professional design for your approval. This includes CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and hyper-realistic renderings, up to two revisions to refine the design and 3D printed models for you to try on.
Once the design is finalised, we will present it to you for approval along with a detailed quote for production. The quote will include the cost of materials, craftsmanship and any additional elements discussed during the design phase. To begin production a 50% deposit of the total cost will be required. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon completion.
