Do I need an appointment, or can I just rock up?
We work by appointment so we can give you our full attention (and a proper coffee). Hit the Book a Consultation page to lock in a time.
Can I bring my old jewellery to remodel?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your grandmother's ring or a broken chain in a drawer, we can rework it into something you’ll actually wear.
Do you do lab-grown diamonds?
Yep. Natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds or coloured gemstones, we work with it. We’ll walk you through the pros and cons based on what matters to you.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
Yep. Whether we made it or not, we can assess and quote you properly. Use our Jewellery Repair form to get started or Book a Jewellery Repair Assessment.
What’s the price range for a custom ring?
Totally depends on the design and stones. Most clients spend between $3,000 and $7,000, but we can tailor to your budget. Transparent quotes, no upselling.
Can I see diamonds or stones in person?
For sure. In your consultation we’ll show you options, talk through the 4 Cs and help you choose the right stone for your design and budget.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom pieces take 4–6 weeks, depending on the design and materials. Need it faster? Let us know. We might be able to pull off a miracle.
Is your jewellery made locally?
100%. Everything is handmade in our Melbourne workshop. No middlemen, no factories. Just raw materials, a bench and our tools.
Do you charge for design consultations?
The first chat is free. If we go ahead with a full design concept or CAD, there's a $250 - $750+ design fee depending on the complexity of the design. Please visit our Custom Design or Jewellery Remodelling Pages for more information.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer shipping?
Yep. we ship Australia-wide via insured express post or courier. Everything is packaged securely and fully tracked with signiture on delivery required.
Is my jewellery insured during shipping?
Yes, 100%. All shipments are fully insured until they reach your door, so you’re covered if anything goes wrong in transit. We require signiture on delivery.
Can I pick up my jewellery instead?
Definitely. If you’re in Melbourne, you can collect your piece from our workshop by appointment. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $500 within Australia. For smaller items or repairs, we’ll let you know the cost upfront. No surprises.
How long does shipping take?
Once your piece is complete, shipping usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. We’ll send you tracking info the moment it’s on the way.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my jewellery if I change my mind?
We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
No stress. we offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of pickup or delivery (where possible). Some designs have limits, but we’ll guide you through that during the process.
What if there’s something wrong with the piece?
We stand by our craftsmanship. If there’s a fault with the piece that’s on us, we’ll make it right. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it quickly.
Can I cancel an order once it’s started?
Once we’ve started working on your piece, materials are committed and work is underway. So unfortunately, cancellations aren’t possible. That’s why we take the time upfront to get everything clear.
What if it’s a gift and they don’t like it?
We get it, gifting can be tricky! If you’re unsure, consider a gift voucher or book a consultation together. That way they can help design something they'll truly love.
