Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we will not be able to refund or exchange if you change your mind about a purchase.

For your confidence, you will receive a lifetime manufacturing warranty on any defects for all VAHÉ Jewellery. Any piece found defective will be repaired or replaced by us at no charge. We will also cover shipping/postage both ways. Please contact us to let us know of any problems and arrange a free assessment of your jewellery. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, a quote will be provided to you for approval before any work commences. Repair or service performed by a third party on any VAHÉ Jewellery will void our lifetime manufacturing warranty.
