We offer worldwide shipping and free shipping across Australia. At VAHÉ jewellery we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. All our customers will receive free shipping for all jewellery orders within Australia. Postage within Australia is via Australia Post Express Post and will require a signature. Our international customers receive free shipping for jewellery orders over AUD$1000. Shipping to customers outside Australia is via FedEx International Priority and will require a signature upon receipt. Any other service (such as courier) can be arranged at a fee. Please contact us for details.

Because we handcraft all of our pieces to order, the time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. Delivery times can vary from 1-4 weeks.

International customers will be responsible for any taxes, import duties, or surcharges charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

At VAHÉ jewellery we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to VAHÉ Jewellery as soon as possible.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from VAHÉ Jewellery.
