Jewellery Repairs and Restorations

Clean, Polish & Check

Our Clean, Polish and Check service includes checking the integrity of your jewellery piece by checking for loose gemstones and signs of wear and tear. The jewellery piece is then cleaned using an ultrasonic bath followed by multiple stages of emery (sanding) then finished with a full polish, leaving you with a restored piece of jewellery.

Therefore, we would like to emphasize that if, during the repair process of your jewellery, gemstones or diamonds happen to fall out, we reserve the right to apply stone re-setting fees. Please note that when you provide gemstones or diamonds for setting into a piece of jewellery that we have not personally crafted or sourced, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage that may occur to the provided gemstones or diamonds during the setting process. The quality, integrity, and condition of externally sourced stones are solely the responsibility of you. We highly recommend consulting with a reputable gemologist or ensuring the durability and suitability of your stones before bringing them for setting. By opting for the diamond setting service using externally sourced stones, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot be held liable for any potential damage incurred.
