Our 1 piece solid grillz are made to fit like a glove and hit like a statement. Whether it’s your first set or part of a full mouth plan, this is the foundation of your grill game. Solid metal and no shortcuts. Made start to finish in-house.
You can choose any tooth.Top or bottom, left or right. Just specify which ones on the order form that comes with your impression kit. If you’re getting an intraoral scan instead, we’ll email the form straight to you.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you one free at-home impression kit. If you need a second kit for any reason, it will need to be purchased separately.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending back their impressions. This includes express postage and signature on delivery, which we strongly recommend to make sure your impression gets to us safely.
We do not cover return postage as part of your order, so be sure to factor that in your decision making!
We’ll provide clear instructions to help you take a successful at-home impression and we’re always here if you need guidance or have questions. That said, taking your own dental impression for the first time can be tricky and it’s not uncommon to need a second try.
If the impression you send us isn’t suitable for production, we’ll let you know and ask you to redo it. If another kit is required, it will need to be purchased separately.
If you’re unsure or uncomfortable taking the impression yourself, we highly recommend visiting a local dentist who can either take the impression for you or perform an intra-oral scan and then send us the 3D file, this gives us the most accurate result to work with.

As each grillz set is custom made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. So please choose carefully before placing your order.
If you do change your mind after purchasing and we are still in the impression stages, a store credit will be issued instead.

Step 2: Take your Impression
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a free impression kit to take a mould of your teeth. Inside the kit, you’ll find an order form to mark which teeth the grillz are for.
Not confident doing it yourself? No stress, we can refer you to a trusted local dentist who can either take the impression for you or do a 3D intra-oral scan and send us the digital file.
Step 3: Production Begins
As soon as we receive your completed impression, we’ll get to work crafting your custom grillz.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for production time. It’s a careful, hands-on process to make sure your grillz fit like a glove and hit the mark on style. Trust us, the wait is worth it.
• Lifetime Maintenance for Grillz
Every set of custom grillz we produce comes with lifetime maintenance. We’ll keep your grillz looking fresh with professional cleaning, plus tightening of any stones if your design includes diamonds or gems.
We highly recommend sending your grillz back to us for a clean and checkup every 6 months to keep them in top condition and catch any issues early.
Polishing and re-plating services are available at an additional cost.

Even after you've placed your order, you can still request extra customisations, as long as your grillz haven’t entered production. Once production begins, no changes can be made to the original design and any major adjustments will require starting a completely new set at full cost.

How do I get my teeth impressions done?
You’ve got a few options for getting your impression done. Just pick what works best for you
1. Use our At-Home Impression Kit - This comes with your order, and if you ever need extras, you can buy more separately.
2. Book an in-studio appointment - If you're nervous or unsure, come in and we’ll help you take the impression. It can be a bit tricky to get right the first time, so we’ve got you covered.
3. Visit one of our trusted dentists for a digital scan – This is our favourite option. It’s super accurate, completely fuss-free and gives us the best fit possible (we love when tech makes life easier).
4. Get a traditional impression from your own dentist – Just send it to us and we’ll take it from there. No pressure, just go with whatever’s easiest for you!

How long does it take to make my grillz?
Production starts after we receive your completed impression. Not from the day you place your order. Once we’ve got your mould, please allow 4–6 weeks for your grillz to be made.
Timing can vary depending on the design and how busy our workshop is, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way.
If you’ve got a deadline or need your grillz sooner, let us know. We may be able to fast-track your order in special cases.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every set of grillz is made to order, we don’t offer refunds once production has started.
The moment your order moves into production, we begin purchasing precious metals or diamonds, spend time on design, and incur costs like 3D scanning, printing, labour and stone setting. These aren’t things we can undo or resell, so it simply doesn’t make business sense to refund made-to-order pieces.
If you change your mind before we’ve started production, we may be able to offer store credit instead.
We’re a small, hands-on business, not a mass-production factory. So thanks for understanding and respecting the process.
Can I customise my design?
Hell yes. In fact, we’d prefer to talk to you before you order. There’s so much we can go over. From materials, styles, stones and finishes. The possibilities are endless.
Whether you want solid gold, diamonds, single caps or a full top-and-bottom set, we’ve got you. We also offer 3D-printed samples after purchase if you want to visualise the design before we cast it in metal.

Do you ship outside of Melbourne?
Yep, we ship anywhere and everywhere, both across Australia and internationally.
If you're ordering from outside Australia, just a heads-up, you might be responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by your country. Every country’s different, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

What are my metal and stone options?
We work with yellow, white and rose gold (9ct to 18ct), as well as sterling silver. If you're after the gold look but not ready to invest in solid gold, we also offer sterling silver with gold plating, a more affordable option that still looks the part. Just keep in mind, plated pieces will need re-plating over time, and that comes with an extra cost.
As for stones, you can add natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds or coloured stones depending on your budget and style. We’ll help you find the right combo to match your vibe (and your wallet).
Can I get grillz if I have a missing tooth?
Yes, no stress at all. We can work around missing, chipped or broken teeth and design your grillz to cover or fill the gap so everything looks clean and seamless.
My teeth are crooked, will that be a problem?
Not a problem at all. We work with all kinds of teeth. Crooked, crowded, gaps you name it. Every set of grillz we make is fully custom, which means we design and shape the gold or silver to fit your unique smile.
In fact, one of the cool things about grillz is that we can actually make your teeth appear straighter or more uniform by adjusting the outer shape of the grillz. Whether you want to embrace your natural look or go for something more clean and aligned, we’ll work with you to get it just right.

How long do the grillz last?
Our custom grillz are made from real precious metals. Solid gold or sterling silver, built to last a lifetime (and then some). If you treat them right, they'll outlive you.
Silver will naturally tarnish over time. That’s just what silver does, but with good care you can slow it down and when it does happen, a quick polish will bring it right back to life.
These aren’t throwaway pieces. We make them to wear and keep forever.
How do the grillz stay in?
It’s all in the fit. Every set of grillz we make is handcrafted to match the exact shape of your teeth using your dental impression or scan.
The result? A snug, secure fit that stays in place through natural retention. Just like a dental cap. No glue, no weird adhesives and no biting down awkwardly to keep them in.
Because we make everything in-house, we’re able to fine-tune every detail for comfort and hold. It’s a custom job from start to finish.
Can I smoke with the grillz in?
Technically yes, but it’s not a great idea. Smoking with your grillz in can cause heat and smoke to react with the inside of the grillz, especially on silver, leaving a blackened or burnt look over time.
We recommend taking them out before you light up. If you choose to leave them in, that’s on you. Just know it can affect the finish, especially if you do it often.
These are custom-made pieces, not disposable accessories. So treat them like you actually want them to last.
Can I eat with the grillz in?
We don’t recommend eating with your grillz in. They’re not made for chewing. Food can bend or damage the metal, especially if you bite down hard or eat something sticky, crunchy, or hot. Plus, getting food stuck underneath isn’t a vibe (or hygienic).
The best move? Pop them out before you eat, enjoy your meal, rinse your mouth, and then slide them back in. Easy. Keep your grillz clean and they’ll stay fresh for years.
Can I wear my grillz 24/7?
You can rock your grillz as much as you want during the day, but PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP WITH THEM IN. Wearing them overnight can also cause discomfort, trap bacteria and even damage your teeth or the grillz themselves. (most people grind their teeth while they sleep)
Plus, god forbid they come loose while you’re asleep. Choking hazard....nobody wants that.
Take them out before bed to keep both you, your smile and your grillz safe and sound for the long haul.
