Two existing yellow gold diamond rings were combined and completely remodelled into one substantial statement ring.
The original rings were carefully dismantled so the client’s diamonds could be recovered and incorporated into the new design. Rather than recreating the previous settings, we arranged the diamonds across a raised, multi-level cluster to give each stone greater visibility and create a fuller overall appearance.
Smaller diamonds were set throughout the surrounding sections and along the split shoulders, adding detail and brilliance from every angle. The finished piece brings the client’s existing diamonds together in one bold yellow gold ring while retaining their original sentimental value.
The new ring was designed using CAD technology before being produced, assembled, diamond-set and finished entirely within our Melbourne workshop.
